Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
cocomelanix is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 1-2 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
